Free Shipping on All Domestic Orders
We believe in making our exclusive, pro-Israel apparel and lifestyle products as accessible as possible. That's why we're pleased to offer free shipping on all domestic orders within the United States. It's our way of saying thank you for your support and ensuring that every item you choose brings nothing but joy and satisfaction.

What if you need something right away
While we love to provide free shipping, we also know that sometimes you just need that shirt right away! So we offer the chance to upgrade the speed of shipping that you require.

How Your Items Will Arrive
Because we want you to get your items as soon as possible we have each item you order shipped to you as soon as they are packed. Our warehouses are located in different states so you may receive multiple packages at different times. Order enough and you may even get eight packages! Who doesn’t love the feeling of Chanukah? YAY!

Our Approach to Returns
In our commitment to charity and transparency, we send profit immediately not only to organizations but also to people in Israel directly affected by October 7th. Many of them have barely survived themselves, have tremendous loss and trauma, and have not been able to grieve. Israel’s economy also needs a boost during the war so we are sending funds as soon as we receive them. As a result, providing refunds is extremely difficult for us but we believe in making people happy so we do offer an opportunity to return. Check out our refund information page to find out more. If you are unhappy with your item (which you probably won't be cause our stuff is awesome!) please consider donating it to a Jewish or non Jewish center for people in need. That's like DOUBLE the Mitzvah points right there! This outlook helps us maintain our ethical standards and accomplish our shared goals towards a better future for Israel and the Jewish people.

Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at olamtova@olamtova.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 2200 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33137, United States

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
